Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
We take care to package all items securely. Where applicable, products may be stored and shipped under controlled conditions to help maintain quality.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in delays or lost packages
Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
